Loved Jerusalem, the hotel was luxurious and absolutely great in the street facing rooms. I have stayed in superior queen room with a cupboard as well as Air conditioning for 1 night. I had an electric kettle and a fridge.

The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a decent size with a lovely view. A fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control were great.

The communal kitchen was convenient for morning coffee.
Finding the entrance was frustrating-only a small door next to a shop. No staff on-site made check-in confusing, and I received codes for doors via email-felt impersonal and unwelcoming. The room lacked towels, and I wasn't prepared to dry off with a floor mat after a shower.

A decent size room provided with a great view and the shower, as example. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

It was surely a good stay during 6 nights of my stay. The hotel was impeccably clean and in an unbeatable location, the staff were knowledgeable. Liked the location to the shopping area of Jerusalem ie Ben Yahouda street. Local fast food option Agamis was 5 minutes walk away.
There was something as breakfast missing, we were a little disappointed.

This place claims to have charm, but I had to navigate enormous stairs with my luggage. Expecting a coffee machine in my room was foolish, I suppose. Adorable decor, but in such a dreary room, I thought I might suffocate. A complimentary upgrade for all my trouble woudl ve been nice, but alas, I was treated like a regular guest. Unbelievable!

The place was super clean and well-located. We really enjoyed having coffee available on the main floor and the great hot water in the shower after a long day of sightseeing.
My wife says that it would be great to have more soundproofing for the rooms.

I loved the fantastic location, with the Old City just a 10-minute walk away. It was super convenient to hop on the nearby lightrail for further exploration. And shops and cafés within easy reach.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, challenging to get comfortable.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room and it was great! The location is just steps away from the vibrant Mamilla Mall and close to the Old City. The communal kitchen was convenient for grabbing a coffee, and the room itself was tidy with a lovely view over the YMCA tower.
The bathroom door didn't close properly.

Perfect spot in the city!
The room was cozy, and having the Nespresso machine was a nice touch for morning coffee. The staff was super helpful too. Just wish the bathroom was a bit roomier. The vibe around the area is fun, with cute cafes everywhere. Can't wait to explore more next time!

The communal kitchen was a nice touch I enjoyed brewing coffee before heading out. The shower was fantastic loved the choice between rainshower and handheld that makes a difference after a long day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but acceptable for what I got.
